Minpunten
I have worked in this organization for 5 years, the points I mention below is with good amount of experience 1) On an average you work 12-13 hours a day and around 4-5 hours on weekends. On a good day it's around 10-11 hours, but this is rare. 2) Leaves are not granted easily and you have to fake a fever or family members death in order to get a leave. But then how many deaths and fevers can you fake. Every year, I could only take max. 4-5 days leave. 3) Your manager won't do or allot your work to anyone while you are on leave, so all your work while you are on leave is just pilling up. So once you are back from your leave - you are screwed!. The most common dialogue you'll get to hear is "Take leave but ensure that your work is not affected". 4) On joining everyone will fake that there's no workload and will make you leave at 7pm. It's only after a month you realise your manager's acting skills. 5) No senior management will speak on work life balance even after decreasing pulse (internal company survey) scores on work life balance. In the 5 years spent in the company, I have seen no steps taken, either by the HR or SL head. 6) The best way to get a long leave sanctioned is to get married.
