Let me tell you how the Ipsos UK system works. They hire senior and very qualified people from foreign countries who need a visa sponsorship and can't say no to a low salary and a title below their current level because they need the sponsorship. And then they make these people work insane hours with incredible workload (some people have more than 3 accounts) and despite all that hard work they don't promote them (even in some cases they promise to do so, encourage you to work your best and then do not promote you with a nonlegitimate excuse).
