There are some great people there with a lot of talent to offer. Pay is pretty good as are the benefits and perks.

Minpunten

While working there, there was a lot of tension and there were numerous complaints about certain senior management in Sales and Marketing. The Progress of the company seems to be stunted by this particular individuals inability to really listen to employees and what people at the front-lines are noticing.

Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

Minpunten

A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

Minpunten

Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
