      Pluspunten

      Privately owned by an equity firm not afraid to acquire and grow the business. Multiple acquisitions in a 12 month period.

      Minpunten

      Lack of turnover in upper management. Leads to stale ideas and groupthink. A few "good ole boys" in management positions = dead weight. Taking time off nearly impossible.

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Minpunten

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Minpunten

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
