On its own it's a great company; however your experience will be largely dependent on your manager. My advice? Decide if your relationship with manager is working for you within the first 3 months as you network aggressively both inside and outside the organization. If it's not working....plot our move within the organization or outside by the 4th month before they break you.....you don't need a bully for a manager as an adult or ever.....;
