No work life balance even though the company promote it Forced to work ungodly hours with no paid overtime upon leaving Wages and pay rises aren’t considered on a performance basis so others perform less and get paid up to £6,000 more a year even though you’re going above and beyond. No money to ensure 24 hour guarding in store resulting in many assaults. Poor recruitment

Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

Minpunten

Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
