Pluspunten

Flexible work time, work from home option, harwared and software support,.. Great community, bosses and coworkers. Salary is ok, and you get promoted and recieve bonuses (almost) every year.

Minpunten

Not really a 9 to 5 job.

Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

Minpunten

Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
