Stress free job, 40 hours a week at the max, goo starting salary, good health insurance, ERP system is pretty easy to learn.

Minpunten

Bureaucratic, no merit raises, doesn't groom talent, I feel like they are out to get me.

Hoge mate van integriteit door het hele bedrijf, open communicatie en oprechte interesse om het juiste te doen.

Minpunten

Helaas moet ik met twintig tegenslagen komen. Terwijl ik in werkelijkheid na 41+ jaar in IT, geen nadelen heb voor Lockheed Martin. Ze zijn niet perfect, maar zeer acceptabel.
