As a young engineer, the corporation offers programs to allow you to explore the company and become a leader. Also, the job opportunities are very exciting and personally rewarding. The company offers a great benefit package, including a good amount of tuition reimbursement.

Difficult to get promoted within the same job title. In order to get ahead in the company you have to switch positions, which means people who become experts in their field are not rewarded for their continued service.
