Wonder why the CEO left? Don't. HR, with a combined-IQ-of-25, will screw up your career. They will fire you based only on allegations of someone not liking you. They don't lead anything in the space community. Also, as an engineer, you'll be copy and pasting for 15 years until you're upper management, and then do cool stuff for 5 years until you get to use your horrible retirement. Benefits might as well not even exist.
