Minpunten
Performance management system needs improvement. It doesn't contain enough checks and balances for contested reviews. Matrix organization with a low overhead budget means that many functional managers do not have enough time to know what their employees do on a day-to-day basis, but they are the ones writing the annual reviews. Very little oversight of performance at the functional management level and above.
