Too willing to perform layoffs, rather than utilizing existing workforce for new initiatives. Diminishing focus on employees as people who desire a feeling of community with their work environment and those special touches that make an employee feel valued. Too much focus on bottom line, ultimately. Also, they lag behind the rest of the leading IT industry at least a few years.
