The employees are extremely friendly and warm. The environment and culture at Lockheed is one like no other. My department, Six Sigma, was always about continual improvement, no matter what you do. I highly suggest work in this department for those individuals who are always trying to learn something new.
Minpunten
From where I live, the drive was a little bit far. And the parking is difficult, however, these are minor setbacks for an absolutely excellent company, which I would recommend to anyone.
