Facilities equipment is outdated and leadership is in a run to fail mentality and then won’t pay for expensive parts even when it does fail. No training to stay current on industry technologies. Do not get duped thinking you are going to work for the best or an industry leader when you go to work for Lockheed Martin Space, they build spacecrafts in barns.
