Benefits are generic, if not subpar. Health deduction is currently $1000 per family member -- so keep that in mind before you sign! Why would anyone want to stay that long? In the services group (which is being spun off) we are migrant workers, moving from one project to another -- or not -- if the client likes us, we could stay longer. What this means is that you do get a whole lot of different experiences (if you want them), but it does not engender specialization.
