Pluspunten
Their 9-80 schedule is very nice. The hours are usually quite flexible, and many people seem to enjoy doing there job. Management is understanding and flexible on work-life balance. Jobs are not super stressful as they can be with other companies. They still offer Reimbursement for Grad Degrees which is a great perk.
Minpunten
It can be very difficult to get promotions there, especially now that the government is spending less on military. There are few benefits (basic health coverage, dental, eyemed). No Free Food or other fringe benefits. Management can hinder progress, as the company is top-heavy. Heavy Process based development that doesn't add value. I imagine they will be changing this over the next few years.
