Pluspunten
I was satisfied with the projects and felt they were interesting. I had a two managers, a manager for the project and a engineering manager. The engineering manager took care and listened to my career aspirations of his employees. He went out of his way and that was in his personable personality.
Minpunten
I had a two managers, a manager for the project and a engineering manager. I felt the project managers on the last two projects did not listen to career aspirations as they were interested in project goals being completed. There was a peeking order in the office so certain people had key responsibilities and it was clearly and there was no way of changing it. In other words, you could not earn a key responsibility. In addition on the last project issues about how the project was going with the customer was not communicated very well by the engineering manager.
