Similar to many other reviews, no respect for you as a human. IMO, they're just producing fixed income sales personnel to comb the pool for potential accounts that will be handed to the seniors upon quitting. Hope you won't end up developing PTSD for the office's red carpet or constantly waking up before your alarm on working days due to anxiety. I probably had the lowest amount of confidence while working here, as what you do is always wrong. Was told that they can even train a monkey to work in this place, so you should be thankful and obedient to them. #theyarealwaysright No personal privacy as well, you can't apply for MC/Leave without quoting a reason and good luck if it's some juicy reason, most of the seniors will probably hear about it before the end of the day. Was told that performance/sales is the most important in the shop regardless if your pet is dying; relationship issues. Cancel your leave and forfeit them if you're not performing.
