      4 hours a week you can put towards self-development Equity options for employees Lots of career growth opportunties; as a faily young start-up, there is exponential room to grow, and the management board really ensures you are doing what you love.

      Minpunten

      Holiday pay was delayed, however the CEO communicated with us about that in advance due to COVID times, and the comapny being fully bootstraped. As of 2022, I have recieved my holiday pay on time.

      There's not much structure around what to work on, which can be a plus for some (autonomy), but difficult for others who are used to having more concrete specific goals they need to achieve to get to the next level.
