The team is small and driven, and there's a strong sense of shared ownership. The CEO is still relatively young, which means he's learning along with the rest of the team, but he really listens to feedback and genuinely takes input from employees into account when making decisions, which makes the culture feel open and inclusive. There were definitely some growing pains early on, but the company has pushed through and is now in an exciting phase of growth.
