Smart people, good pay and benefits. Great exposure to science.

Minpunten

Expectation of long working hours. Everyone type A and competitive. Everyone is so smart they can do anything. They therefore waste time doing things they are not the best at. Work stealing is common. It is dog eat dog, which is ultimately unproductive for the company.
