Good work life balance for employees.

Minpunten

Too many layers. Ideas take a long time to get across over to upper management for sponsorship (sometimes even getting squashed due to internal politics). Back to office 3 days a week is not implemented across the board and sometimes managers who are fully remote themselves often end up promoting fully remote to their teams and at times even ridicule people who come to the office.

Like many large organizations, priorities and organizational structures evolved over time, which occasionally created uncertainty and changes in responsibilities. Decision-making processes could sometimes be complex due to the size of the organization, and navigating multiple layers of stakeholders occasionally impacted speed and execution.
