Metlife is a place where people join and then stay for their whole career. Good environment, competitive pay, yearly performance bonus, and great people. Great benefits. It's a family friendly company as well. Metlife has internal opportunities for advancement and opportunities for career development. It's truly the best company that I've ever been a part of.
