Flexible working: you can choose which shift works for you e.g. day shift, evening shift, nightshift. They also offer part time work Lots of overtime offered The benefits are amazing. When you work for the company for 4 years, you get a 3 month paid sabbatical

We can be micro managed, performance reviews are very stat heavy.
