However, like many Silicon Valley companies, we’re not where we want to be. That said, our data shows we’ve been promoting women across the company at a rate 50% higher than the rate at which we've promoted men. We think that’s because we happen to hire and develop some phenomenal women. Hiring is every Muley's #1 job – recruiting and retaining more women and minorities is a big priority for all of us.
