I would like to raise a concern regarding internal opportunity allocation and recent changes in my role and responsibilities. I have been working with NTTDATA for a long time and genuinely believe the organization provides good opportunities and a positive work environment. However, in recent months, I have observed increasing micromanagement within the project, which has affected employee morale and growth opportunities.

Recently, there was a requirement in the Enterprise Cloud Operations team, but the positions were filled by two individuals who appeared to be preferred candidates. I respectfully feel that internal opportunities should be communicated transparently and made equally accessible to all eligible employees, rather than being influenced by favoritism. Equal opportunity is important for employee motivation, trust, and long-term retention. Additionally, over the past six months, my responsibilities have changed significantly without any formal HR communication or role discussion. This sudden transition has created uncertainty and stress in my professional life. Every day, I am hoping to understand when I will be able to return to my original role or receive clarity regarding my career path within the organization. I would also like to suggest that management consider establishing a dedicated HR or employee concern team where employees can confidentially raise concerns related to role changes, unfair opportunity distribution, or project-level management issues. I am sharing this feedback with the intention of improving transparency, fairness, and employee experience within the organization.

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
