"Top Employer certified for a better world of work" for 3 consecutive years is a lie. If your performance review is only "Met most expectations (score is 75% to 94%)" for those who are grade 5 and below, your performance bonus is only less than 1 month. Not everyone can get above 95% score due to the company bell curve system. Few people in the team have to be scrapegoats to tank the bellcurve. For top performers, the performance bonus is maximum 1.5 months. There is no AWS Salary is exceptionally lower than the market rates for the same role. You might as well just work in government sector. Flexi benefits is only $200 per year which includes dental, exercise classes expenses. That is not a lot compared to other MNCs. Career progression for existing employees is non existent because majority of the (junior) colleagues who are there for at least 3 years are still not yet promoted. It is better if you go to another company and come back to NTT Singapore, your rank will be higher than those people who have stayed for a long time that do the same jobscope. The company used to have overseas trips during the kick off. They cancelled it for all the employees but management and sales people are always travelling overseas and got unlimited budget. The people and culture team kept forgetting to include the teams meeting url for those who are not able to join the townhall physically. Restructuring in NTT Singapore have caused deamas between the 3 pillars and they will soon become 1 pillar again. What a joke and lots of taichi among the management.

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
