If your performance review is only "Met most expectations (score is 75% to 94%)" for those who are grade 5 and below, your performance bonus is only less than 1 month. Not everyone can get above 95% score due to the company bell curve system. Few people in the team have to be scrapegoats to tank the bellcurve. For top performers, the performance bonus is maximum 1.5 months. There is no AWS Salary is exceptionally lower than the market rates for the same role. You might as well just work in government sector. Flexi benefits is only $200 per year which includes dental, exercise classes expenses. That is not a lot compared to other MNCs. Career progression for existing employees is non existent because majority of the (junior) colleagues who are there for at least 3 years are still not yet promoted.
