      They slowly take employee retention more serious

      Minpunten

      Very bad atmosphere with lack of management support for projects. Some projects are simply destined to die before they start. The benefits are super bad and it doesn't seem like the employees are valued. This results in a pretty high turnover which slowly ruins business.

      Huge company with many resources.

      Inadequate and incompetent management organizations. When we were all called in and told we were laid off, the acting director said, "It's just business, this happens all the time. You shouldn't feel bad, just move on."
