We are also proud of the interesting projects that we do to help our clients transform their businesses. We are constantly working on identifying new opportunities of what to sell and ensuring everyone is a part of that conversation through our Squads/ practice structure. Sometimes we ask our staff to do “client side” roles so that we can break into accounts and “land-and-expand”. As we are in growth mode we probably have more of these roles than we would normally. In order to lessen the impact of this on our permanent staff we employ a large number of contractors so that we can put them into the “bodyshop” roles leaving our staff to work on projects
