Pluspunten

+ Great cohesion within business practices + Mostly friendly coworkers who are real people and fun to hang out with outside of work + Decent projects to work on secured by the Bus Dev teams + Good support from management for training (though not Higher Ed) and time off + Advancement opportunities are there, even if compensation is not

Minpunten

- Benefits suck (401K matching is a joke and health insurance is steadily declining) - Quality of other teams' work is unreliable. I've found myself unable to recommend Revere resources to fill out a project because of lack of faith in their competence and abilities - The Chicago office seems to look down on all the regional offices and concentrate promotions/raises within itself - Computer purchase and security policy is terrible (though getting slightly better) - The brand is nonexistent compared to what management thinks. I can count on one hand the number of people I've talked to who had even heard the name "Revere Group" before meeting me - Zero support for continuing education - It often feels like senior management has no idea what they're doing - The company is trying to turn itself into a small Accenture instead of focusing on industry verticals and unique competencies - Compensation and company performance seem to be decoupled in a bad way

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
