Joined Nagarro as a fresher. I had great expectations and like all other Freshers, I felt left out and zero valued resource. I had to work on age old technologies and the with mainly involved bug fixing! You can feel the increasing negativity at Nagarro, just try talking to some random employee! Low appraisals. HR and Resource Management team is pathetic! They should be fired immediately and replaced by new ones. These two teams are going to be a disaster for this company. Funny system of ferries! Why can't you people afford a single office and save time for all. GP 28 building is so pathetic that you need more than an hour to reach 13 using ferry. No gym for GP 28, they need to waste 3 hours if they wish to use gym. Feedbacks for seniors are not taken care of. I know a colleague, who has been a reason of more than 5 cases of Project Change Requests, many complaints to HR, Managers. He infact is one of the reasons I have created a negative image of corporate work in initial days of my career. I don't find any good reason why he can't be replaced. A good company falls when best ones leave, and are replaced by good ones. Following the example good ones also leave and bad ones remain. The current situation is that best ones are leaving. My point is Nagarro is on the way of its fall.

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
