Too many: Don't hire talented folks if you do not have sufficient projects Tap is a failure and level up cant decide a person's capability to work-get this fact straight I was on bench for longer than I could have imagined, but this is not why I joined your organisation leaving my previous org which was way better-wrong decision on ym end people with even 6-8 years of exp are on bench, you have no respect fo an experienced employee don't give fake deals at time ofhiring -you don't have good projects be honest and transparent to your employees don't force your employees to sit at client location- you know they are treated badly there
