You get to do real product engineering work, some of these are architected and designed from the ground up (Ver. 1.0). Lots of top notch engineers and smart people all around you, most days you wake up feeling good and fired up to make a difference.

Hard to maintain a work-life balance, lots of conf calls that eat into your mornings and/or evenings. Comp and benefits are about average or maybe slightly better, but nothing to write home about.
