Great pay, Great benefits. You feel appreciated for your contributions. Great facility and equipment.

Minpunten

Super strict with their operating procedures. You have to scan a badge wherever you go so if you don't have access you have to go to the security office to get clearance. Security guards could be a pain.

Talented and fun people to work with. Place where risk taking and failure was ok as long as learnings were identified and applied to future endeavors.

Minpunten

At times, decisions were slow to come by which made it frustrating if one is woking with tight deadlines.
