Great atmosphere, everyone is really helpful and friendly. Free snacks and also a free lunch at least once a month. Great social life. Fantastic product and IT team that provide the best machines for everyone to perform to their best. You are given free reign to work in a way that suits your own work style.
Minpunten
Staff are paid monthly, and only on the last day of the month too. It can be quite stressful at the end of the month waiting for payday. Career progression is a huge issue. This is generally because you have to wait for someone to "move on" before you can be promoted, but nobody wants to leave... Politics can be a big problem, but only if you don't play the game. There were internal promotions that weren't advertised, and only one candidate was considered for the role even though other people had more experience, were at the company longer and had better sales numbers. (This wasn't me, otherwise I wouldn't be giving a generally positive review).
