Constant threat of being offshored or jobs sent back to Finland. Schedules are unrealistic and you must work over time the whole year to make schedule. Five years ago, Nokia really focuses on work/life balance. Since 2006, in Irving, work/life balance went completely out the window. You get 4-5 weeks vacation (good) but can never take it due to constant schedule pressure (bad).
