      -Work from home. -Gain knowledge in the medical field. -Great company culture.

      Minpunten

      -The training is TOUGH. I wanted to quit multiple times because it is a huge learning curve. The trainers were not as encouraging as I would have liked them to be. They sometimes contradicted themselves in their comments on charts. -The pay is not that great. This job required motivated, educated, and detail-oriented people. I think the pay should reflect that, unfortunately it doesn't.
