Decent salary and benefits. Depending on management you have can be fairly flexible with hours if needed. Decent bonuses. I would say 90% of the customer base is extremely grateful for your work and will let you know how appreciated you are.

Minpunten

Work long hours. You are not paid your worth. Over worked and under paid. Training bare minimum if you get any at all. The only recognition you will get is from the customers not the company.
