Pluspunten

-everyone (customers, management, coworkers) were friendly! -get to greet people's pets and see different breeds that you may otherwise not encounter. -the work was easy and although stressful at times mostly laid back. -pay was good for retail.

Minpunten

-the occasional angry customer, but nothing that was out of the ordinary for a retail job. -on your feet A LOT, have to walk around if on the floor and can be boring if no customers are in the store, but if that happens facing can cure boredom.

Pluspunten

If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

Minpunten

Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
