We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative working experience with us. Our organisational values are focused on our people, and we have launched several initiatives over the past few years to celebrate our diverse company culture. This includes leadership development, but also training of our staff on acceptable behaviour and an organisation-wide code of conduct.
Even though 95% of our staff reported having a good working relationship with their manager in our last employee survey, we appreciate that conflict can arise in the workplace. Therefore, in 2023, we brought in different mechanisms to cater for constructive resolution of such incidents, and we continue to promote a culture where staff feel safe to speak up and share their opinions.
