Pluspunten

- Good benefits - Great location and office - Nice colleagues - There is not a lot of work load

Minpunten

- Sect mentality. - Nice colleagues but take care with the ones who have been working longtime. They will be nice until you will see their "property" threatened. - No clear strategy, project definition, deadlines, etc. Currently they claim to be working on it, but in the strategy pages there are just random tasks without any sense. - Poor poor poor management, they don't have any vision and they don't have any idea how a project/team should be organised. - No a good role definition (they are working in a new project, but it seems the same than the previous one with different wording). At the end managers will interpret the role of their own idea of what the role is. - No development options, neither options to move to another department. Just "friends of" have opportunities (you will become "friend of" if you get easily into the sect mentality).

Nice colleagues, excellent secondary benefits, good location.

Minpunten

MD is spineless. Only cares about tech, not about company culture and morale. Same goes for the executive board. Absolutely useless and only interested in their own status. C-level gets away with everything. HR is a joke. In case of conflict the more senior position will always prevail. If you speak up you end up tarnished.

We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative working experience with us. Our organisational values are focused on our people, and we have launched several initiatives over the past few years to celebrate our diverse company culture. This includes leadership development, but also training of our staff on acceptable behaviour and an organisation-wide code of conduct. Even though 95% of our staff reported having a good working relationship with their manager in our last employee survey, we appreciate that conflict can arise in the workplace. Therefore, in 2023, we brought in different mechanisms to cater for constructive resolution of such incidents, and we continue to promote a culture where staff feel safe to speak up and share their opinions. We acknowledge that there’s always room for improvement, and we work relentlessly to make sure that we are inclusive and caring to our employees. - International environment - Good salary for many positions - Very good secondary benefits - Not for profit, for the good of the Internet

Minpunten

- Lack of clear & adequate decision making - The NCC talks a lot about improving internal company culture, trust, values, transparency and "leadership" without walking the talk. - Overload of internal policies which should offer a clear framework. Instead these are often ignored/ overruled "upon manager's discretion" without consequences. - Timelines, deadlines, deliverables are not properly managed. Slow feedback loops. - Limited growth opportunities
