Pluspunten
I like the relaxed atmosphere of the bank and the somewhat flexible working.
Minpunten
Senior management needs to think about what culture they want to create within the bank and stop making wishy-washy decisions. They are changing their mind every few months and seem not to know what direction they want to take the bank to. They need to be more decisive and take into account the opinion and needs of less senior employees, rather than doing things on a whim. Also, the treatment, flexibility and benefits provided to the Dutch employees of the bank are not the same as the London employees which is not fair in my opinion, but we don't have much say in the decisions they make. Lastly, if feels like the 'flexible working' culture is not particularly flexible with it being at you line managers discretion. I'm fortunate to have a lovely manager at this point in time, but others are not lucky.
