Having to work out in the cold but that comes with the territory.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I also think SGS is great for people with families but also without! We do provide flexible schedules to support work-life balance. I’m sure it can be cold sometimes working in the field. You may want to raise this with your management to find a solution (maybe providing you with warmer clothes and boots). Keep up the hard work! - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

Minpunten

- Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
