Pluspunten

Work from home, decent pay, and good management. They treat their employees well. Good vacation and sick time, 401k match, the normal stuff and some extra perks that are nice as well.

Minpunten

Not a lot of working together from location to location. Hard to work with other sites and countries with little internal communication. Some people work in silos only and can be frustrating at times. These are all pretty minor in the grand scheme.

- Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

Minpunten

- Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
