Hello Senior Software Engineer and thank you for providing us with some valuable feedback. Your Con is correct to a certain extent, we have processes and guidelines in place but we also like to stay away from rigid rules and processes limiting people's freedom and creativity. And yes, the training budget needs to be used more and we will address this in the coming months. Thanks again.
