solid work-life balance flexible regarding hybrid policy hours as long as you meet core hours however mandatory 3 days a week

Minpunten

company culture feels like its catching up to the rest of large industry players pipeline is not as strong as it should be location is not great for anybody outside north york

The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

Minpunten

Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
