      Pluspunten

      - 100% temps de recherche - Avantages sociaux (salaires, chèque vacances, CSE excellent, restaurant sur site..) - Télétravail possible et assez flexible - Management local technique (pas/peu de manageur sans formation technique initial)

      Minpunten

      - Opacité des decisions de la direction - PSE à répétition créant une impression d'insécurité constante - Incapacité de rentrer en CDI malgré des retours très positif de mes années de thèse dû aux politiques globales - Instabilité des postes + ouverture site à l'étranger - Déménagement à répétition (Chilly Mazarin, Gentilly, Vitry/la défense) - Ré-évaluation fréquente des acquis sociaux (ex: suite déménagement, télétravail autorisé plus fréquent pour personne avec plus de 1h de transport, arrêter au bout de 6 mois sans négociation)

      Pluspunten

      Good benefits (9% 401k match, company car, solid insurance). Huge company with many therapeutic areas you can choose from. I like my coworkers.

      Minpunten

      Employee stock purchase plan is nice in theory, but stock has treaded water for many years. A very big company with lots of big pharma metrics to meet. Pay is maybe slightly below industry average.

      Pluspunten

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Minpunten

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
