- Nepotism like crazy - there's five employees with the CEO's last name - and they're all related, and they're all in senior management positions. They run the place like a monarchy and think they're self-rightous over everyone else.
- Venture capital is running this place high and dry - they don't care about the company, the products, or employees - they're trying to value extract as much as the can from the business - making terrible, terrible strategic decisions as they go along
- Most of my team, and other the entirety of at least one other product's teams are all overseas contractors - if you enjoy a culture gap, and time zone differences that are seldom respected, feel free to work here.
- Talked with some of my buddies in the MSP space - take it from them - ScalePad's sales culture is straight out of MLM hell. Our company apparently hounds customers to renew or always tries to upsell products to them. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
