overall is a good company to work except for shell retail lab .pick up and drop bus facility is there in main stops.

Minpunten

people management especially in shell retail lab is so poor.They are not giving leaves/ work from home even the company is providing such flexibility.Lot of work pressure.managers & Leadshavingmainly service based experiences. no work life balance.There is no motivation inside the team
