1. Good exposure to Business 2. Good amount of exposure to new tools. 3. Promotion and even small things depends on your manager. This is also cons which I will cover in Cons section. But if you get your manager support you can grow well.

Minpunten

As I said even small things are in managers hands, so if you get egoistic manager you will have rough times and he will be bossy.
